Annual Thanksgiving Day Community Dinner
The annual community Thanksgiving Day dinner will be November 23rd in the fellowship hall of Bethany Lutheran church at 525 South 6th Street.
A traditional dinner featuring roast turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, vegetable, salad and dessert, coffee and milk
will be served from 12:00 to 1:30 pm.
To make a reservation to dine at the church, for home delivery or takeout please call the church office at 345-2424 by November 22nd. Church office hours are 8:00 to 1:00, Monday-Thursday. Anyone wishing to volunteer should call the church by November 9th.
The dinner is a community outreach project and is sponsored by Lake City area churches, the Lake City Rotary Club and Thrivent Financial. There is not a charge for the meal, but donations are greatly appreciated. All donations go to support the Lake City Food Shelf.
